Fix You- What’ssomething/someone you can rely on to make you feel happy?
I love rereading my favoritechapters from my favorite books; there are usually specific scenes orparagraphs that make me smile every time, and there are some fluffier, morewell-written fanfics that are good for this too. I also like stalking myfriends’ positivity/humor tags.
Politik- How do you dealwith anger?
If I’m really angry withsomeone/something, I’ll usually start shaking and crying, and probably pacingto work off my fight-or-flight energy. If I’m in private enough to do so,screaming and beating up some couch cushions also works.
Don’t Panic- How do you dealwith stressful situations?
It depends on the type ofstress; if I’m feeling harried and overworked/oversocialized, I just spend alot of time holed up in my room, usually listening to music or something elsethat lets me tune out of my thoughts for a while. If I’m in more of anexistentially stressful situation, I usually try to distance myself from thefeeling (even though that’s probably an unhealthy thing, so don’t try this athome) and process things by writing them down in a journal.
