Timeline:

September 1st 12AM: Artist & Wait Staff applications open

September 1st 12AM: First round ticket sales

10 tickets will be sold per block (total of 40) to help with venue down payment

First round tickets will be sold until sold out

September 26th 11:59PM: Staff application deadline

October 1st: Release of staff acceptances; Second round of ticket sales

Staff will be busy doing shoots and filming with our photographer/videographer, KDoran.

Second round ticket sales will presist until tickets are sold out.

The website will be updated as frequently as needed. Announcements will still be done on this tumblr and the Haikyuu!! Holiday Cafe Facebook Event Page.

Aki-ran: A large variety of fandoms! I personally am very invested in Haikyuu right now, but we don’t want to do all sports fandom cafes, haha. You… didn’t hear this from me but I’m pushing for a Love Live x UtaPri one.
