Respect for other people’s Time , Effort ,Energy, is an alien concept when clearly one has so many things to do, so many plans to make, so many places to be ( at the same time ) so many meetings / interviews to attend, so many...blah!blah!blah!!!!!! :@ :@

But pops open the innocent thought from the bystander , KCI please ( Keep - Customer / Client / Candidate / Creature - Informed ?!? ) and as easily as it opens , is it shut closed, by the High and Mighty ( H&M )

Footnote : H&M here could be anybody. CEO / Proprietor / MD of a company , HR fraternity , Management etc etc etc ( add on your list )

So yes ,  as easily as it opens , is it shut closed by the H&M making it amply clear that “ you are of no significance , so there shall be paid no cognizance :|

And thus begins your wait........................................

Some of the unspoken rules that are included in the company’s culture , and unshaken too -  ( H&M to common Aspirant)

1. My time is Value ; your time is spurious 

2. I am provider ; you just want to be provided for ( so what’s your time-value worth anyway ?? )

3. I make you wait for hours for an appointment ; you may thank me for considering to meet you

4. You waited only 1 hour ; Lucky I was quick to meet you

Yes! Some of my morbid derision that ought to be indulged before we set up the ‘powerful Vision & Mission’ of a company and its competency framework. 

How about inclusion of some unspoken values among various others when you talk about that code of conduct or while framing the zero Tolerance Policy

Lets please  take the best from the early life learning that are so blur now, and make the most of it , as a culture, as an organizational goal and simply as second nature !

For What Shall It Profit A Man

my regional manager and my district manager are coming for a visit today. that means boring liz. i had to take off my nail polish- china glaze's custom kicks, a beeeautiful tealy green- and all my ear piercings- one in each conch (14g), two lobes each, an industrial in my left ear (14g), and an orbital in my right ear (14g). i cant get the captive bead off the orbital so i guess that one is staying in. i have to remember to take my nose stud out too. i buttoned up my polo to the top button, and removed my rings and bracelet. im also in the correct color shoes today. my make up is almost nonexistant. i had to skip my lovely nyx eyeshadow in rust today for a simple grey upper liner and black lower liner. no lipstick. i have a box of hair dye sitting in my room that ive had to put off using until after my shift today because the regional manager is a stickler for rules and dress code. all of which, im following today except that i dont have the mandatory black belt on.
