and is certainly not made to cover up a pimple.

So pls for other people and your own sake, don’t wear it on your wrist or under your nose, it must go OVER it. 

With gyms shutdown, sports games eliminated, and physical distancing aka social distancing measures in place, I and my family were itching to get up and move.

When the government announced the Lockdown and online teaching lessons my toddler kept saying these 4 words "Mumma, I am bored". I have to find some creative solutions for that.

Coronavirus lockdown has made the lives of older people like me miserable. But how we deal with it reflects the effects on others.

Getting my affairs Done

During this Coronavirus Lockdown, I realized that there is nothing that can stop nature from doing its deeds. I thought about something unthinkable. Lily did even called me crazy for doing this. But I did have made a will, assigned powers of attorney, prepared an advance directive, secured my documents, and assign custody of my digital assets. I think it's time now I should find my inner peace leaving all this behind for my children to take care of it.

COVID-19 has turned everyone’s world upside down. With this upheaval, compounded by social distancing and now stay-at-home orders, feelings of fear, insecurity, lack of control, and anger are growing much more than to be expected.
