Despite the terrible news we're seeing coming from China and other parts if the world that's affected by the virus, this is great news! Our prayer, in the midst of difficult situations and tribulations of the world, should be that God can use the situation to bring hope through the gospel. Hopefully this is encouragement for all of us to be bold and share the gospel just like our brothers and sisters in Christ in China who are not only being heavily persecuted but may also face risks of catching the virus. For that reason, most operate underground. Second, Chinese Christians are handing out masks to people on the street. Along with the masks, they're also handing out Gospel tracts. CBN News Asia Correspondent Lucille Talusan said since the people of Wuhan are facing fearful uncertainty in the midst of the coronavirus epidemic, some have become more receptive to Christ at this time. "There are Christians, a ministry in Wuhan, they go out to the streets. They're very courageous," she said. "They give out masks and they say that they are Christians and they share the love of Christ and point to Jesus to bring hope to them and their families and the whole of China... The memo comes after the overcrowding of Southern California’s beaches over the past weekend, including Newport Beach, which attracted some 90,000 beachgoers. The medical systems are truly overloaded and the last thing I want to do is add to the burden by hurting myself ‘having fun’. As a global community we all need to do our part in trying to reduce the spread and minimise the death rate. All the resources are needed to save lives. What’s my plan? First thing this morning @ruckymonster and I started a list of all the jobs we can accomplish with our newfound home time. It won’t necessarily be fun. It won’t be easy, and I’ll certainly miss riding – I already am missing it – but we can take this isolation as an opportunity for catching up on life admin and get to those jobs that keep getting neglected. We’re cleaning up Alex’s old KTM ready to sell so the rims need some love and then fresh rubber. With time on our hands, I decided to take this time as the ideal opportunity to practice tyre changes 100% solo! They’ve always been a battle but with the new @Rabaconda I’m finally able to effortlessly change them! So chuffed. If only there was a way to stop me ALWAYS getting so dirty! My challenge to you: 1. Stay home and stay safe 2. Make a to do list and get on it 3.
