It needs to be said that deliverer was a title Phainon NEVER ever sought out, it was something assigned and given to him. It was the prophecy. It was a title he took up for the sake of everyone else. A title he took up as the hero of Amphoreus.

To people saying that Phainon’s efforts are completely disregarded and forgotten are WRONG. He had managed to prevent the completion of Irontomb. Without him, TB wouldn’t have been able to traverse into Amphoreus and break the everlasting cycles. It’s something thats even acknowledged by TB. TB respects and appreciates Phainon for what he’s done, always has. Even so that this is a dialogue option during their conversation in 3.4:

A declaration to share this burden together. After all, Deliverer wasn’t a mantle meant to be upheld by one person, there was always meant to be a second person there to assist in carrying it forward.
