New Core City Phase 3 - It’s been a long time coming, but we’re hoping to have Phase 3 of New Core City open for exploration at the beginning of 2016. It’s been over a year since the release of Phase 2, and our team of Builders have been hitting the bricks hard to bring you some of the best builds we’ve ever done. Phase 3 will include the Commercial and Business districts of NCC, featuring loads of shops, attractions, skyscrapers, the NCC International Airport, a theme park, a professional Spleef stadium, and loads more. Not to mention all the secrets, jokes, and other fun stuff. This will be one of the biggest releases yet, and we can’t wait to show it to you!

CityZen - It’s no secret that in the past year, player-run cities have become a huge part of the TMB Community. In order to help promote this development, we will be adding CityZen, a premier city management plugin developed by yours truly. This plugin will allow players to found protected cities with a dedicated plot for each citizen. Each player can only be a citizen of one city at a time, however they will be able to earn reputation for their city by completing quests, winning arena matches, and more. Better reputation means better prizes for everyone in your city. Because this plugin is very much still in-development, we want to get YOU involved. For this reason, we have created a whole new board on the forums specifically for development of our custom plugins. Your ideas are important, and this is your chance to help shape the future of TMB.

Member World Deprecation - We regret to bring you news that the Member World will be closing at the beginning of 2016. This is largely due to the fact that it is rarely used in comparison to the Survival World, however we also believe that this move will help us create a more unified experience for everyone. We intend to close the Member World completely at the beginning of January. We realize that people have builds in the Member World that they might want to keep, so we have created a new Core Server Application on the forums that will allow players to request their Member World builds to be moved to the Survival World. These applications are open from now until the end of December.

Bughunters Agency - In an effort to encourage players to report issues on the forums, we will be opening the Bughunters Agency in New Core City. When a player creates a support ticket on the forums that results in a solution, that player receives a unique token. These tokens can then be traded for prizes such as diamonds, beacons, and more.

New Arena Classes and Game Modes - These days, many online shooters have the ability for players to pick between different classes, allowing them to specialize in different play styles. We intend to introduce classes to select Arena maps, including Capture The Flag. Some examples include a Scout class with increased speed and jump height but weaker weapons and armor, a Sniper class with a better bow but weaker melee, a Tank class with heavy armor and sword but slow and close-range. These are only a few of the classes we’re intending to include. We are also looking into different team-based Arena modes where these classes can be used, such as Demolition and Search And Destroy. Make sure to let us know what kind of arenas you’d like to see in the future!

Alternate Member Rank Acquisition - Many new players are turned off by needing to play for 24 hours in total in order to become a Member. This is largely due to a misunderstanding of what the Guest rank is, however we want to make that process easier for new players. We are planning to allow players to instantly rank up to Member by spending Loyalty Points. This will require players to help the server by voting, referring, or just playing. We will also be introducing a bonus at the 12-hour mark, rewarding players for making it halfway to Member Rank.

New Core City Real Estate - Many of our suburban homes and apartments are sitting empty and unused. We figured, why not let people buy or rent them out? This will be an expensive feature (~500kcl-1Mcl), meaning only the richest players will be able to afford them.
