Yes, this is a mafia story, with a character who studied true crime, but I realized, during a scene that involved a curling iron, that no detail would be spared in this book. My standards for mafia romances and reverse harems are so hgh after finishing Malice. And the fact that this book has both?! I could not be happier. I can not even express how happy I am that this ended up being a slow burn. It was slower than I ever thought was possible, and it was blissful. Obviously we knew Malice would be the head of the bunch, but the fact that we were left questioning the dynamic between everyone was part of the fun! Chapter three had me grinning way more than it should have, and I was hooked!
โNicholas will coach you.โ Malice definitely guided Juliet. Through life, through struggle, through pain, through the dangers that were unavoidable in their lives. She may have been his Little Fighter, but she fought because he made sure of it.
โWilliam will save you.โ Will protected Juliet. He was her stranger. The man who kept all her secrets. Even if it all meant that he couldnโt have her. And he respected her beyond all else.
โAnthony will just accept you where you are.โ Anthony wanted all the pain, the struggle, the dark, the damage. It was her, it was real. And he thought it was beautiful. His dirty Killer, but most importantly, his soulmate.
The brothers made sure that Juliet not only knew her worth, but that she loved it all. In some ridiculous twisted way, Malice and Juliet are like a totally screwed up version of Bonnie and Clyde.
