I feel linking this is quite important as there are currently a lot of confusion on the actual extend of the bill, what it affect and whatnot, and the fact that it isn’t easy to find it if one doesn’t know where to look for it
Also, if, in the future, a new proposal is published, modifying the current one, use the keyword 2016/0593 (id of the current proposal) on the website to find it.
