Was there ever a universe where Megatron created a Vehicon general to command the mole drones?

There was one difficult-to-observe universe where this occurred. In that reality, Megatron managed to overpower the Maximals on the shuttle, crashing it to Cybertron's surface and claiming their sparks as a prize. He then set about recreating Cybertron in his own image, with legions of Vehicons.
When a small resistance force of Maximals proved dangerous, Megatron created generals to lead his Vehicons. Using the spark of Rattrap, he created Burro, the leader of his mole drones.
Other generals he made use of included Groundpounder, created using the spark of Optimus Primal to lead his Scavenger drones, and even the resurrected ancient Decepticon Laserbeak, who led the copter drones.
Fortunately, even with these powerful robots, the freedom-fighting Maximals led by Bound Rogue were still able to run rings around Megatron, whose schemes proved to be for naught when Bound Rogue found the Oracle and was imbued with the power of Primus.
