L’Initiative « 4 pour 1000 » se choisit un Président en la personne de M. Ibrahim MAYAKI, et élit M. Stéphane LE FOLL à la vice-présidence
La gouvernance de l'initiative 4 pour 1.000 a été officiellement établie lors de la COP22. Ibrahim Hassane Mayaki, secrétaire exécutif du Nepad, a été nommé président des organes de concertation, et de décision et Stéphane Le Foll, vice-président.
Un Comité Scientifique et Technique de l'initiative fort, pour guider les projets
avec ses 14 experts scientifiques de renom, le comité scientifique et technique a été installé le 17 novembre en vue de donner les orientations du programme de recherche, apporter des conseils techniques aux projets de terrain et définir un référentiel d'évaluation des projets et des indicateurs de suivi.
