The dark cave includes a zip line across the lake and a short swim to the entrance. The cave gets its name from the black rocks making up the cave and it's dark. Once inside the cave, torch and helmet are required. After trekking into the cave, wading through a shallow lake and wiggling through narrow passages, we enter a small muddy grotto with a natural mud spa. Sorry no pictures. All screens were muddy! The water was so dense from the mud it was like we were floating in the Dead Sea. After making our way back out of the cave and a short rinse in the lake to feel our now smooth post-mud skin, we kayaked back to the other end, some 500 m, where we got to do some zip lining into the lake. There was even a small rope obstacle course set up to enjoy as much as we liked. Although once was enough for me; falling into the rope net hurt a lot!
