Ursula has finally been captured - she was quite tasty might we add. Hey doesn't she have a sister we can catch?! When you catch her, cook her following our recipe below! Recipe and directions: 1) Heat water in a large pot on medium and once warmed squeeze in your favourite herbs and citruses. We used: Lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, salt, oregano, Jamaican thyme, sliced onion and garlic 2) Allow to slow cook for 2 hours 3) After 2 hours remove and submerge (while still hot) in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic and again your favourite herbs and citruses. For those that like a little kick - consider adding chopped hot peppers, chili flakes and/or cayenne 4) Cover and allow to marinate overnight in the fridge 5) The next day, take out and grill on a George Foreman 6) For the potatoes: roast in the oven with extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and salt to taste until crisp 7) Plate your lovely creation and enjoy!
