So, like a lot of you, I’ve seen that damn Instagram advertisement showing the @menwiththepot cooking (basically) this dish about a thousand times! It looked SO good, I finally snapped and tried it myself. Prosciutto-wrapped chicken, stuffed with red pepper, Havarti cheese, chives, pan fried and then covered and steamed with ale. The dudes on the ad made some sort of white sauce to go on it—I THINK theirs is sour cream based..? But I made a cheesy, Cajun Béchamel instead.
