I’m making steak for dinner, and in an effort to make it easier for my husband to chew (he has MAJOR teeth problems) I’m trying different ways to tenderize it. I used a tenderizer, but admit I don’t know what the hell I’m doing. I did Google it, but I still am not sure. And I am marinating it in teriyaki sauce which has vinegar in it. As well as salt. Hopefully it turns out well.
