Another ask to Black Forest: If you could give your children any advice today, what would it be?
āAdviceā¦? Well I suppose I do wish I thought of them sooner so at least theyāll hear it face to faceā¦ā
āFor my eldest, I would tell her that life isnāt always sweet but it wonāt always be bitter either, in fact regardless of whatever happens itāll always be a mix of both. Like a box of assorted chocolate, life will be full of surprises, both good and bad. But life is still a gift, much like how all of my children are. Ha⦠Now I just reminded myself of why my husband and I chose her name.ā
ā⦠But I still wish regardless of anything hardships sheāll face, sheāll find happiness in her future.ā
āFor my eldest son, what makes a great hero or king isnāt just because they are strong, made great feats, or carry the most powerful weapon and army. In the end their hearts also matter, and what and who they are accomplishing for. And that itās ok to make mistakes and falter, no king is perfect. I mean, look at his father for example haha.ā
āAnd Iām sure that even if heās anything like him, namely being more stubborn than all the cream bison in the Milk Tribe, heāll find his way to learning that on his own.ā
āAnd my youngest⦠I would advise him to be brave and stand tall, but itās ok to lean on the people you trust. And to also to be more forgiving to himself, especially when the years go by and needs to make tough decisions for himself. The world is cruel but itās not always so, Iāve learned that lesson from personal experience.ā
āI donāt know if anything I say here wouldāve been helpful if I did have a chance to tell them. And if they did I really wish now I thought of them sooner.ā
