This is how a generous tip of $25 helped me out and why it can mean a lot to one person.

$25 let me have about 6 meals;  pizza bread item, French toast, egg sandwiches- each twice. While trying something new because right now I have time to cook.

The book I got recipes from is called Mooncakes & Milk Bread from my library. I made two recipes: milk bread and deep-dish pepperoni bread. The second was a meal in itself for me. The milk bread made a great snack, French toast, and I had enough eggs left to make sandwiches.

The cash breakdown is this:

Pizza sauce- 2.49
