The world that Violet had grown up in, the world that she had lived in, had her children in, was not the one she was living in now. In this world, she was married to a discrace. Nick, a man who had once been held up for his good moral compass and exceptional skills in his work, was now a blood traitor, and had served time for saving people. But they were 'mudbloods', so he had gone against the law. Violet hated that word. She hated that she was a pureblood, because it created this idea on how she should act. Not to mention her two children, born out of love and not the idea of blood purity, were being taught they were above everyone else. Brainwashed more like it. But that didn't mean she could stop loving them, even if the world they had grown up in had turned them into completely different people than Vi ever imagined. Nevertheless she still visited them.
Today was a hogsmede trip for Hogwarts, and she was meeting Holly, at Holly's request which made her smile. Seeing her outside of home was nice, because at home she was always so temperamental, so hateful towards her own father because of what she was learning at school. It made Vi sick to think what they were teaching, but it was an offence to keep your child from school so she had no choice other than to try and sway the girls views whenever she saw her daughter.
She had booked a table in the corner in one of the cafes that were now there, they were all so dark much to Violets distate, as Holly had requested and waited for her daughter. She didn't have to wait long before she saw her daughter walk into the shop, looking very much like her father for a moment. Vi stood up and waved, pulling Holly in for a hug when she walked over "Hello Sweetheart"
