        It’s a struggle to see someone battling their demons, but it hurts even more to see Kim doing so. Franky knew what it was like. Addiction had once buried its claws into her and there was a point where it seemed like there was no way out. She knew it all. The sleepless nights. The extreme craving for just one more hit. The pain associated with withdrawals. All too familiar to her and a difficult habit to kick. Prison had been good for her in the sense it had helped her clean up. Providing gear for the women was hypocritical, but it was a way to stay alive and on top in this place. It meant getting good women hooked on shit that would follow them for their lives but at that point in time it meant nothing to Franky. She had been a part of the problem and only cared about a solution when it was too late.
