My own original musical with a complete Aurelio Voltaire soundtrack about a female soul living life on Earth as a male with her guardian angel Jack at her side. Follow my Wattpad @ Prince_Of_Beasts to read āDonāt Screw Me, You Necro!ā
Hot take:
Okay so we all know about the whole Manchester pride situation right?
Well if you donāt know the Iāll tell you. So currently Ariana Grande is under fire by a lot of the lgbtq community because of the fact that sheāll be performing at the Manchester pride fest and that the tickets being sold to even go to the fest itself are like hella expensive.
Well A lot of people are angry mainly at Ariana because sheās a straight cis woman who is gonna be performing at the fest (Iām pretty sure sheās the reason for such high priced ticketsš§idk) and people wanna see more lgbtq artists performing because I mean pride is for us and not just for ari cishet stands. So I read some articles and took to Twitter and hereās a response that like I kinda liked?
Also hereās the the whole thing Ariana wrote:
Long story short I still totally understand that a lot of people wanna see more of their own people performing like brendon urie or Troy Sivan but like Iām not gonna be at the Manchester pride fest so my opinion is decently invalid. Also the original users responses were like p valid
Anyways uh what I wanna say is that those that arenāt in the LGBTQ community in any way should not turn this into so cute little music festival where you and the girls get to point and stare at us āhomosā, this is an event for those of us ostracized by the cishets to feel expected and comfortable. I go to these events because Iām surrounded by people that understand, people that encourage me to keep moving forward and people that are willing to just talk without looking at me because of my sexual preference, gender identity or race. So like if you ari Stanās arenāt there to support us in any way then donāt attend. Please. Leave the tickets for those that need this. Leave them for those who want to support our community or are apart of it.
Also I get that ari is an Allie but like still understand where some of these people are coming from
I don't care who in your family died, what medical condition you have, how old you are. This is America's got talent, not a pity party. Stfu and do some weird fire dancing or whatever. Honestly I'm so sick of this shit, show me your talent and get off the stage. If you cut out the sad stories, judge fluff, and judging, the normally hour long show is only like 20 minutes. People don't deserve a golden buzzer because they're a kid or that they were homeless 20 years ago. People deserve the golden buzzer if they have a genuinely good and entertaining act. Always think, who would you pay to go see in Vegas? A twelve year old girl that can kind of sing or a knife thrower Daredevil?
someone: What's on your mind?
me: Nothing lol
my mind: Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and saying that you are trans but never experienced it is like saying I'm shy around new people so that means I have anxiety. To say that you're transgender, you have to be diagnosed by a professional, just like you would have to do for any other mental illness.

I donāt talk about contriversal topics on here much, mainly because sometimes I feel like itās not my place or itās not something people wanna hear about. But I think Iām done with that. Especially after what Keemstar just fucking pulled. Listen, you donāt have to fully understand something to support it. But you decide that youāre gonna be a cunt and tell anyone who identifies any other way that they are not valid. I could say what I feel, and be an absolute monster but I wonāt.
I know this wasnāt the result we wanted but perhaps it was the best the writers could do. LGBTQ+ is still making strides with every queer person shown on tv but it is still hard to get that right. Voltron is trying and that is all we can ask of them.
Legend of Korra was seen as shocking for simply implying that two women got together. It took several straight relationships to get there. We canāt let one dissapointment ruin an entire show for us.
Perhaps the common enemy we share is with the mass media that prevents us from the freedoms of having a LGBTQ+ rep on tv.
Perhaps the Voltron writers are doing their part in fighting for LGBTQ+ rights.
Perhaps we should stop fighting them, and start pushing in the direction that will get us the results.
Letās praise every attempt no matter how small. All we can do is try.
Me whenever I kudos something
