Miqo March - Day 13 Favourite Raid

Construct 7 is gonna come back something fierce.

Distant cries and threats against his life echoed through Limsa’s scaffolding. Jeveh’li took a moment to rest, crouching, inconspicuous, on the deck north of the Drowning Wench. Any moment now, the jolly boat from the Lantern would flash its code, rowing its way from the nearby docks; any moment now, he’d be able to leap down to its deck, agile, careful, a burst of aether cushioning his fall.

That was the plan, but we all know that old, dry bit about the best laid plans. Jeveh’li was prepared to take that leap, to live with the deceit he’d sprung against the other crews vying for that ring---such a small thing, yet capable of so much more---but he wasn’t prepared for what came through his linkpearl. “Do you copy? This bloody thing is askin’ us ta do MATH! Math! Divide by four? Error? Oh, gods, it’s...it’s consumin’ me, there’s some livin’ bits o’ this machine, send help, send...” Erian’s pearl self-destructed, something it was engineered to do in the event of the wearer’s death.

I know how to do my math but I panicked the first time I encountered this mechanic (didn't die though!)  I still felt the pressure of time running out in my second run so I wiggled and wasn't sure.

I thought of a way to deal with this calmly!!

STEP 1: Look at your subtracted/reduced HP. Do not step into any circle yet. He will begin the first question in a bit... meanwhile, keep DPSing~

STEP 2: What is the question asked? (Divisible by 5? By 3?)

STEP 3: Is your current HP divisible by the number in the question? If yes, stay and keep DPSing. If not- you gotta move!

STEP 4: Count from your current HP from left to right! In this illustration, the HP is 3... so I look from left to right like

"3...

...is 4 divisible? no... NEXT-

...is 5 divisible?, 6?, 7?"

and stomp accordingly once I found the number!

Doing this instead of skipping (5... plus 3? uhh... plus 4... wait... again!!) reduces the panic from pressure in my case... beats wiggling around and losing DPS.
