Identity the things that scare you most. Make a list. These are your obstacles that are keeping you from what you want right now. Stare them down. Accept them as part of you, part of your daily truth, part of your need to work on to do's. Not tomorrow to do's but daily to do's. Do not wait for them to creep up and deal when you "feel them." You know they are there. You feel them there. But you have strong coping skills to pretend they are not, to distract yourself away bc it hurts to think about.
