And here it is!!! I love how this Christmas Card illustration came out! It's been so long since I illustrated my OC, or anything good enough to share with you or even just draw. I have been I'm a creative runt. I don't know why I felt so intimidated by the idea to start creating again. I can't tell if it's laziness or fear. I had thought I had lost all my inspiration and motivation to do anything. I think part of it is blamed on the fact that I didn't have any deadlines due to my artwork or any requests, so things kind of sank. I'm happy I'm getting back on track though. Masking fluid hates me. I think I put a bit too much,and it ripped my paper off. Both masking fluid and paper is winsor and newton. Specifically my paper used in this illustration is Winsor and Newton Drawing and Sketching Paper in 100lbs/220gsm, whish isn't for watercolor, but still handles it pretty well. Yet it can't handle masking fluid, but again I feel it's also because I put a bit too much on certain parts of my drawing. Generally masking fluid has been acting up for me and I can't tell if it's the papers I use or me doing something wrong so if you guys have an advice or tip, over papers and masking fluids please let me know in the comments below!
