Luci I have another question about the Baddads. When on a hunt, do they prefer their dragon forms or their humanoid ones? How do they fight in humanoid form since it's pretty hard to claw through flesh or bite people without claws or fangs? Also, if they faced off in a race who would win?
Actually Good question. They rarely ever actively choose to take humanoid form. Because of the vulnerability in being clawless, wingless, and like a fraction of their normal size, the twins just avoid it, they hate how defenseless and inferior the forms feel. The only times they take Humanoid form is in places around the Tree, like the Inn- because being in humanoid form is just more spacious for all dragons in the Inn- or basically if their true bodies are restricted by the space. When harassing enemies and targets indoors they’d actually choose to burn or tear down housing and crush their target if they can before shifting down and fighting them inside.
When in humanoid form Conloach swings around a Guts style GIANT ASS SWORD OF DEATH. Eibhear prefers his Halberd. If it comes down to it they are pretty scrappy with their bare fists too.
Are we talking a fair and straight forward race? Conloach, hand’s down, his larger size and longer limbs give him the advantage. However, Eibhear is not without his strengths *smiles wickedly*. No one ever said the Twins played fair.
Since the Bad Dads fight with each other to breed with Faelan, how do you choose who wins? Do you do every other time just for evenness or a more random choice, like a coinflip or something.
At first I did a legit coin flip each time for randomness. The story I wrote for them for their first breeding was fun because I wrote halfway into the fight before I did the coin flip, then I had to finish the writing to reflect the results.
Recently I’ve been lazy so i just mindlessly scroll down and click *pauses suddenly and starts laughing* I might have to be careful with that because I just stuck ruari in between the twins. That’d be interesting to explain in lore.
anyway yeah its mostly Jerk Dad because hes a bit stronger than Eibhear, but really its just my mood now.
