J'ai réussi mon écrit pour mon concours. Alors, je suis heureuse. Pour moi, rater un écrit n'est pas envisageable. Ceci dit, dans une vingtaine de jours, je passe l'oral et la, ce n'est pas la même chose pour moi. Entre mon stress des examens, ma peur de l'échec, ma peur de parler a des inconnus, cela devient compliqué. J'ai déjà deux expériences et peu a peu, j'évolue. J'avance. Je prends note de ce qu'il faut faire et ne pas faire. Nous sommes 38 sélectionnés pour 36 postes. J'avoue que, pour le coup, si je ne l'ai pas, c'est que je suis vraiment mauvaise. Je sais. C'est très mauvais de partir ainsi, mais c'est Instinctif... Une habitude de penser ainsi. De toujours se dire « Si j'échoue, c'est que tu ne vaux pas grand chose » et pourtant, j'adore mon métier. Je connais les procédures, les protocoles, les projets d'animation, et j'en passe. Les objectifs à atteindre, et tant de choses. Mais je me mets une pression tellement énorme, tellement forte, que parfois, je ne vois que le négatif. Mais ça va le faire. Je vais bosser dur. Je vais avancer. Je vais tout faire pour l'avoir. 🤞🏻
