This homemade Concord Grape Frozen Yogurt is a tasty treat that combines the sweet and sour tastes of Concord grapes with the smooth texture of yogurt. It tastes great and is better for you than regular ice cream.
Ingredients: 2 cups Concord grapes. 2 cups plain yogurt. 1/2 cup honey.
Instructions: Clean the Concord grapes and take off the stems. Using a blender, blend the grapes until they are smooth. Put the plain yogurt, honey, and grape puree in a bowl and mix them together. Mix until everything is well combined and the honey is fully mixed in. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it for the amount of time the manufacturer says, which is usually between 20 and 25 minutes. Once the frozen yogurt is the consistency you want, put it in a container that won't let air in and freeze it for another two to three hours to firm up. Enjoy the Concord Grape Frozen Yogurt in bowls or cones. If you want, you can add more fresh Concord grapes as a garnish.

Nothing says Autumn 🍁🍂🍇 🎃like the enchanting aroma of ripe grapes on the vine. This afternoon we went grape picking at @eddys_fruits in Chesterland with my sister @ellensalk and my nephew @salkmj . It was heavenly, my idea of paradise…we left with 60 pounds of fresh grapes which I have now turned into 6 full gallons of the most extraordinary juice. We’ll drink some of it now because who could resist?
