Letter from the Soul to the Mind

“Dear Mind, I come, through this letter, to clarify some doubts about our relationship.

First, you better know that I am immortal and therefore do not fear death. You better know that also, being immortal, I will never fear life, because I can't run away from it. So I can just live and live as I want. I know this may be hard for you to understand, but I am here to let you go, to see, to learn, and not to hold back. I don't know this fear that dwells in you. I am the fruit of the essence of the universe, I am part of those things that are eternal and that is why I do not get carried away by what I know will soon happen.

Don't get me wrong, it's just time you understood your role and stop interfering with my work. So let go of this pretense of understanding what I feel. The meaning of feelings will not be in the words you make up or the images you make. They don't need an explanation, just a reason for being. And that reason for being, feelings are only found when they are lived and not when they are thought.

And you better listen to my advice, because while you count your age in a few years, I have an eternity in me. I have already known a lot walking this path of life and if there is something I know it is people. If you listened to me more, you would not be so deceived by appearances, because while you see the outside, I see what is inside each one of you.

Know your time to act and leave things to me. Stop your fears, your insecurity, your pessimism, and your uncontrolled imagination. When I'm in charge, everything is fine. Understand that only I know how to drive on this mysterious path of life since I have senses that go far beyond the understanding of the world. Well, for those who don't know me, nice to meet you, I am the lady of fates, the meaning of each act, the love of all lovers, the eternity that death dare not touch, the song that the universe never stop playing, the beginning without end, the spring that gushes and never runs dry!
