This is so fucking stupid. Their response to their gaming laptop having a major issue that prevents it from being usable for gaming without added products is "Every laptop is like this," which is a boldfaced lie. My last computer I replaced with this one was an ASUS gaming laptop and I never had this issue with it. And the trackpad being where a person's palms would be isn't even the issue, yet that's what they're trying to phrase it as. The issue is that the trackpad doesn't work when typing, not where the trackpad is positioned on the laptop???? They also offered no consolation for giving me a computer with such a huge problem in its literal DESIGN that goes against its title of being a gaming laptop, and I can't even reply to their response. How fucking shitty can you be. And requiring a mouse to be able to use a laptop also goes against the purpose of a laptop in the first place! It's called a LAPtop, meaning that it does not need to be put on a surface like a desk. It is designed to be able to be used on your lap, whether while sitting in a chair, in a bed, or on the floor. So requiring a mouse not only forces the consumer to buy an extra product just to make the expensive product they bought functional, but how am I supposed to use a mouse when not sitting at a desk or something that has a surface to PUT A MOUSE ON?!
