My HP Envy spotaneously shut off and showed no signs of life for about 10 minutes before restarting and showing this error message. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it??

Okay so after factory resetting the computer, going through the Windows 8 introduction setup, and considering whether to update the thing to Win10, then ultimately deciding against it because I don't want to run into compatibility issues, then going to lunch with my mom to take a break, I came back, put the USB flash in, transferred my copy of the game application and it's files onto the laptop and tried running it for the very first time-
Only for another error to pop up.
It says that "The program cannot run because [][][][][][][][] is being used by another program."
Idk what that means exactly, there aren't any other programs besides the basics that come prebuilt into windows 8, and it's not telling me what file is being used by another program, those brackets are all that pop up.
I don't know what to do here, now. What other program could be using the game executable?
Anybody know any programs I could use to at least extract some of the files that the game actually uses?
Hey, my Genshin game refuses to start, stating the error 0x7e is at fault. Can anyone please help? I reinstalled and downloaded it again, but it still gave that error
new computerĀ frustration
I just got a new computer and I am very frustrated with it already. First of I live the keyboard but I hate the new thumbprint reader. I liked the one on my old computer better it was just nicer and less corse of my finger. not only that but the brightness on my keyboard. On my last computer I could turn it down or up as I like. Now I don't have the option so I'm just stuck with the current brightness. I can't even turn it off. It's driving me crazy and I don't know what to do. My biggest problem Ā with this new computer however is the background. Im trying to get it to have multiple with my pictures that I both already have and plan to download. However I can't seem to get it as an option. The best I could do is 2 and its really frustrating me. I don't know what to do I tried fallowing the difrenctions and even YouTube but ether the directions are unclear or out of data by quite a bit. this is not even a highly new and advanced computer just an upgrade from my old one when it started to have problems charging and keeping a charge. its a map book air and I think it came out this year. If anyone has any advice or a link to a video I could watch that would be great. anyway this was mostly just a rant post. feel free to ignore but if you have any help or advice its greatly appreciated.Ā

Soooooo some news on my laptop- The screenās completely broken, and so is the graphics card (possibly) Iām not getting a new laptop any time soon either soooooo... Iām gonna have to go traditional for a while until I do get a new one
