He started with a minimal desk frame, something simple but functional, and spent weeks testing the prototype in local workshops. Durability tests were repeated again and again until the structure felt reliable. At one point, sensors were even used to measure posture across eight different sitting angles, which seems excessive at first, but it revealed small ergonomic flaws that most people would never consciously notice.
