#complete rage

I finally snapped and told Luke to stop treating me like an idiot. He's not been getting mad at me, but everything he's saying seems really patronising and I keep remembering him saying yesterday that he wished he could help 'fix my problem'. I don't have a fucking problem. I DO have a problem with being called naive for placing importance in good deeds over religious faith and I do not appreciate being called selfish for wishing that pain would go away. I am not fucking five years old, and I'm fucking sorry if advocating for equality and respecting other people's religious views makes me a bad Christian. I don't want to follow every damn thing the Bible says because it's flawed and full of misogyny and homophobia and contradictions and why is that? Because it was written by a bunch of dudes who tainted God's word with their humanity. I'm just so mad because while I disagree with Luke, I haven't called him naive or selfish or anything even though I COULD but he thinks it's alright to call me those things as long as he dresses it up with 'I don't want to hurt you!' and 'I mean no offence but...' well listen up Luke you have absolutely no fucking idea what my life is like or what I have been through so don't you fucking DARE call me naive for wanting to spend my life fighting for social equality and trying to make a change in this mess of a world.
