I made 3D 18 karat lightning on this one ๐โก I'm really aiming towards more immersive feel these days; I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but there's just something entrancing about when the art literally pops right off of the canvas. Lightning has always been my favorite to work on artistically, because it's so incredibly raw and simple, yet bewilderingly complicated. I've always prided myself on the ability to "invent" my own art supplies; dish scrubbers, coffee grinds, toothpicks and q-tips - it's honestly fun trying to see what effects you can get from random everyday things. Right now, for example, I'm actually using the boards that came with the comics I to add a raised edge effect to the centre art. I love the idea of trying to repurpose every piece and accessory into one, new cohesive thing. Anyways, let me know what you guys think and make sure to stay safe out there! If the stores are out of toilet paper, treatchoselfyourself to some flushable baby wipes! ๐คทโโ๏ธ #theflash #godspeed #comic2canvas #fanartfriday #dcfanart #comicartwork #speedsters #theflashcw (at The Speed Force) https://www.instagram.com/p/B99qdgoJ2Ji/?igshid=19sa9pju0pde2
