Day #9 SCREECH
A truly terrifying creature ;)
(I'm not afraid of spiders in general, but I think even I would freak out if one of those guys were dangling above my head^^)
Why Are Comics So Hard to Read???
This has been bugging me for years, but it’s really hard to articulate what the problem is. I don’t have dyslexia, so it’s nothing like that, but every time I try to read a comic, I just... can’t.
Like, I don’t know if the font’s too wide or it’s the randomly bolded words or what, but I cannot get through an entire page of a comic. I can read maybe a sentence or two, but then pretty soon all the text just kinda jumps around or blurs together and I can’t follow what’s going on. (Like I said, hard to articulate the problem. I don’t know how else to explain it.)
I don’t have this problem with comic strips, but I have no idea if this is because they’re different somehow or if it’s just that they’re shorter. Also, I don’t really read manga, so I’m unclear on whether this is a problem for me with comics in general or specifically western comics.
Does anybody else have these sort of issues, and if so, could you PLEASE explain to me what the fuck it is and if there’s any way I can fix it???
New font looks much better.
