The variety is #Bocking14 as this has very few seeds so stops it's running wild. #comfrey is great for human health (bones and teeth especially( and also great for garden health. Last week at the @Kaua’i foodforest we planted a #comfrey bank! Cleared out two big open spots and planted over 100 crowns.
