ok just wanted to say that Comeswithbaggage seems to have like really amazing customer service fyi! Like, I haven’t received my new bag yet but the one i ordered was on backorder and the founder/creative designer Lori emailed me directly and let me pick from 2 similar options and she was so sweet and prompt and said I must be “kickass” since most of their customers are I’m like...she didn’t have to be this sweet :’-) but she really did that lol. Just so heartwarming since this is one of the most expensive things i’ve ever bought lmao.
