Tell your mind to shut down, and just be mindful and not full in the mind. Slap your worried self back to the present. I mean really slap worries so hard that you push it into the future to see how happier you are without doubt. Cuz Doubt wasn't good in bed as he thought. Sure fouled you.
Now depression (combination of fear, anxiety, & doubts) is one thing that is everyday prayer that involves love of self always first and love for others in the universe as a whole. I say that because it's hard to be depressed when you are in love with you every piece of you and the every partial in all beings. In love from sea to shining seas to the depths of the ocean. In love with the people you do not agree with and the people you would do anything for. In Love with good and bad people. Thankful always for everything. There is no worries or doubts or Fear that can thrive in continuous thankfulness.
Now I didn't say that that in order to take your life back from fear means you have to be nice to every living entity.

Yeah I said it, what does nice have to do with being comfortable for yourself and taking your life in your hands have to do with others. Others don't wash this butt everyday. You do! If have stated your position and you recieve push back; are nice and let it happen or are you nice with your plan to push back and stand. You have to stand and be strong in your position to take your life back. So doubt can never sleep in your bed again!
Come Get Your Life
If your not learning or growing away from the things that don't serve you, you will keep maintaining and entertaining the same Bulls**t.
The fact that as human we can make great strides in technology and engineering but we are still in the same ideas of social status, race, and religion means nothing. We live such high speed lives but our brains are barbaric savages. When will the masses start to see that they too are gods and think for themselves? When we as people stop letting others influence the ways of the world because we don't have enough time? Who taught you these thoughts of being better than the next because of skin color..... is the red version of a car better than the green version of the same made car?
Racism is an old, out of date set of mind that will not fit in the advancement of people and technology. We will either destroy ourselves to start anew or let go of racism around the world to build anew.
When your manifest higher highs there will be buyers and sellers to your energy. Positives and negatives to say, and they come from whatever which way. So be wise and know yourself for the road to life is friends with anyone. Trust that your energy will cut the unnecessary every time. For when the time comes and the mundane does not serve you that you can buy time with distance and sell what you have to recieve more.
