My cure for depression is Thankfulness.

You can't be sad when you are Thankful and not complaining.

[Yes I was crying because depression is real and my brother not openingup to me.] My co-workers best friend killed himself and didn't talk to anyone 😢💔 So I can ONLY think about is my brother being so hurt that he can't talk to me.

Do not hold in hurt/pain/fear/depression!

IT WILL KILL YOU AND OTHERS AROUND YOU!

Also be careful of who you share your hurt with!

Not everyone is a healer or a listener.

Come and take life by its balls and demand that depression leave you.

If you do....

Take your thoughts, anxiety, depression, actions and feelings and put it in a head lock. Get nasty with them andput themin it's place. There is a time and place for fear anxiety and depression, put them there when needed only. Take control of what is life, your life.

Tell your mind to shut down, and just be mindful and not full in the mind. Slap your worried self back to the present. I mean really slap worries so hard that you push it into the future to see how happier you are without doubt. Cuz Doubt wasn't good in bed as he thought. Sure fouled you.

Now depression (combination of fear, anxiety, & doubts) is one thing that is everyday prayer that involves love of self always first and love for others in the universe as a whole. I say that because it's hard to be depressed when you are in love with you every piece of you and the every partial in all beings. In love from sea to shining seas to the depths of the ocean. In love with the people you do not agree with and the people you would do anything for. In Love with good and bad people. Thankful always for everything. There is no worries or doubts or Fear that can thrive in continuous thankfulness.

Now I didn't say that that in order to take your life back from fear means you have to be nice to every living entity.

Hell Naw

Yeah I said it, what does nice have to do with being comfortable for yourself and taking your life in your hands have to do with others. Others don't wash this butt everyday. You do! If have stated your position and you recieve push back; are nice and let it happen or are you nice with your plan to push back and stand. You have to stand and be strong in your position to take your life back. So doubt can never sleep in your bed again!
