As we ventured on the boat ride down the canal, I saw the historic houses that stood tall. They were amazing! It felt like we had teleported to another time. The ceiling was covered in its own story! Our new found friend, Cindy explained that they use bike gears on the lanterns and some of the artwork! Loads of bicycles are fished out of the Amsterdam canals yearly! It’s one way to use them.
