I’ve thought a bit about Outerfell before, but in general, it’s probably not a universe you’d want to visit.
Monsters of Outerfell specialize in long-range weapons, used to easily blast away stray asteroids or unwelcome neighbors. Any number of lasers, harpoons, and rockets can be found floating through the towns, along with thick clouds of nebulous dust. The larger islands of the outergrounds have long since been blown to pieces and now the most important areas are held together with thick chains to stop them from drifting. Beware of Hotland, which is a molten, ever-shifting dead zone that can’t be maintained due to the various globs of magma melting any attempts to tie it together.
If you visit the frigid wasteland that makes up Stardin, wear a jacket! Or three. If the floating minefield doesn’t kill you, the frostbite definitely will. Stop into Grillby’s if you don’t mind being used for lazer-darts target practice.
One last thing any human should watch out for is the titanium, submarine-like ship that constantly patrols the darkness. The captain isn’t a very forgiving monster. The other captain however, generally travels on foot, balancing along the various chains and scouting for humans. He may be persuaded, if you pass his tests.
