Oh, no worries at all but thanks for reaching out!! Yes, I prefer I that don't get pinged by AUs not in round 2 since I'm only reblogging propaganda for still competing AUs and it helps to know what not to reblog since I'm so used to all of your AUs now so that I don't have to constantly re-check my spreadsheet before queuing a post. The exception is if it's like, a Round 1 AU (or completely non-collision AU) interacting with a Round 2 AU in the post.

Also, using this Ask to remind that I am only reblogging propaganda I am tagged in. If you reblog a Collision Question from me, for example, but do not ping me, I will not reblog your post as propaganda. Remember to use the #au collision propaganda and #world: [YOUR AU] tag to help things run smoother for me!

It is definitely a lot to handle at once as the only one running the blog, but luckily this is my 4th time running an event like this! First two were @lmk-oc-competition (rip sorry it’s so dead now), and the third was Sonic AU Collision (rip the original blog). So anyway, I’ve picked up a thing or two! (There’s a reason I ask to ping the blog for collision questions even though I already get a notification from the reblog….).

Things that YOU AU Collisioners can do to help me run things more smoothly is to always include @sonic-au-collision-zone in ALL your propaganda posts. Don’t worry about spamming me. It helps having everything in the same place so I don’t have to go hunting through the #au collision propaganda tag too much, but I will anyway bc ily all. But not enough to check the #sonic au collision propaganda tag, sorry that’s not the one I use /lh. TLDR: Tagging the blog makes life easier for me :D

Another thing is to include your AU name somewhere in the post (especially if it’s your first time posting propaganda!) because I don’t have everything memorized yet and have to constantly refer back to my sheet and look for your user (assuming you’re using the same user provided) before tagging the AU. If you wanna go above and beyond you could even use the #world: [your au] tag in your post so I can easily yoink it for myself. <3

Hello there!! CWs should be included if your AU or propaganda contains content that may be mature, distressing, or triggering. Such as death, violence, or eyestrain.

While this event allows people of all ages to join, we may still admit AUs intended for an older audience, granted that everything is appropriately tagged and warned for, and all poll info is suitable for minors to view. (E.g. Infested from last year’s Collision is rated 17+, this rating and all CWs were put up front and bolded on every poll).

For this reason, your propaganda must be tagged accordingly before I reblog it, otherwise it may be skipped. As stated on our Carrd, “Propaganda is granted slightly more leeway [than poll info/art]. Moderate gore will be permitted for propaganda pieces only and will be reblogged as long as proper tags and warnings are present. Anything exceeding the moderate level is prohibited and will NOT be reblogged.” In this case, pieces will need to be tagged for blood, gore, and injury.

Additionally, due to the presence of minors and my own personal preferences, “Any sexually explicit or suggestive content is prohibited on this blog. Having this type of content in itself on your own blog will not result in immediate disqualification from the Collision. However, any propaganda containing this content will not be reblogged onto the official Sonic AU Collision blog”

(Using the #au collision propaganda tag isn’t exactly required per say, but it does help so I don’t miss your post! I tend to scroll through there frequently after checking all my mentions just in case I missed anything + it helps me know if you want me to reblog your post and that you’re not tagging me just to mention the event or something. I’m an overthinker 😅)
