imagine the fakes at a meeting with another gang and it’s not going well. the other guys are getting angry and ryan is not good with vague threats against his people so he gets up in the leader’s face, growling. and geoff’s just like “knock it off, vagabond” but ryan doesn’t listen until lindsay snaps her fingers like “heel, boy.”
and of course the other gang catches onto this, laughing at the vagabond who’s really just an overgrown guard dog, asking him if he gets dog treats when he does well, and lindsay’s face just goes hard and she looks at ryan and tells him he can go play now.
afterward when they’re driving home, ryan sits in between geoff and lindsay and very happily gets his hair petted and gets kisses around the collar he’s wearing while they wipe the blood from his hands.
