collapsible boxes to help me de-clutter on Flickr.
Saw this collapsible fabric basket at menards for $3.
I got a couple of this to help me declutter. I want to sew a label so i can assign donate, move to another room, etc. My problem in de-cluttering I think is the lack of assigned containers to help me where each thing will need to go.
I needed a box to clean out the space first. Then I can clean the space. Then sort the stuff in the box. Then I can sort the stuff into different places the stuff need to go like trash, donate, move to different room, etc. That's what the boxes are for.
I got 11 in cube because I want small wins. If I can de-clutter small sizes but repetitively, I think I can do it. I set a rule for myself that I will not move to different area of the room until the sorting box is empty. That's my method to try to de-cluttering. It is my way to focus only at one thing at a time.
I also would like to sew these boxes around the house because when the box is not in use, i can flatten them. It's wonderful when I find a tutorial on pinterest how to sew this collapsible box.
