How many times a day do you manage to drink a hot cup of tea? Since I became a mum mine years ago it has happened less and less frequently! I lose cups of tea or forget about them and find them cold a few hours later. I have even found one one the microwave, when I opened the microwave to put a different cold cup of tea in to warm up! I don't know what the answer is, but after losing/forgetting two cups of tea today, I sat down and made sure I didn't get up again until I had finished an actual warm cup of tea. It was so worth it! I have started working out again, and even though it’s my first week back, I am feeling really positive and excited about it all. I decided I am tired of feeling gross within my own body and criticizing myself & then saying “oh well, I suppose I’ll just live with it.” NO. I am capable of changing how I physically, emotionally, and mentally feel. And, quite frankly, I refuse to allow myself to just be unhealthy and unhappy… That’s no way to live. I also realize that a big step to being happy with my body, is being happy with the one I have now. I’m in no way fat, not at all. I actually feel really cute most of the time, and I’m generally satisfied with my body. But, I’m exhausted with feeling EXHAUSTED… and generally just feeling weak. My goal is to get leaner, to gain weight in muscle mass. I took “before” pictures today- and I cannot wait to post them with my “after” pics. Wish me luck! :-)
