“Joe!” Despite her deeper voice, Mary Sue was sparkling as usual when she caught sight of the familiar blond strolling down the sidewalk.
“Hey! Uh---” Well, greeting him like this was awkward.
“Well, do you remember the cute girl you gave coffee to a few weeks back? That’s me!” She points to herself for emphasis, even though she's wearing a completely different face.
“Don’t worry, I still love you as much as I used to even though I’m a guy now! So um--do you have time today? I really need some fashion tips, I don’t know how to dress cute as a boy!”
