By request, we’ve put together a list of how many recipes included in this zine are suitable for those with different dietary requirements. Recipes which are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, those with lactose-intolerance, and coeliacs will be highlighted in the cookbook!

Cookbook: The zine contains 38 recipes in total. 25 recipes are suitable for vegetarians, with a further 9 being suitable with minor omissions or substitutions (eg use soya mince instead of minced beef). 3 recipes are suitable for vegans, with a further 7 being suitable with minor omissions or substitutions (eg use almond milk instead of cow’s milk). 12 recipes are suitable for those with lactose-intolerance, with a further 5 being suitable with minor omissions or substitutions (eg use a dairy-free ice cream alternative). 12 recipes are suitable for coeliacs, with a further 7 being suitable with minor omissions or substitutions (eg use a wheat-free tamari sauce instead of soy sauce)

Cocktail Recipe Cards: All cocktail recipes are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and lactose-intolerant people. Four of the recipes are gluten-free. One of the five recipes is a beer based cocktail, however gluten-free beer can be used!
