Task #4: Color

There is so much symbolism behind color, so it’s interesting to ask: what color best reflects who your character is?. For this task you get to explore just that!

I was inspired by psdsofcolor’s Pantone template. Based on it (or actually using the template if you like it) please create an edit based on color that can show your character’s personality, their style, what they like, quotes/phrases, etc. (If it helps, here you can find examples of a Pantone edits I’ve done for various characters). Let your creativity run wild!

If you don’t have access to Photoshop to make the edit, I’d be happy to help out. Just send me a message with your character’s color, the images you’d like me to include as well as the personality traits to accompany them.

Task #3: Aesthetic

Once again, our lovely Nicole has inspired the next task:

Create an aesthetic edit that best represents your character: their personality, their style, what they like, what they do, quotes that fit well with them, etc. Let your creativity run wild with this one! You can create your edit any way you like, even make more than one aesthetic post if you want. Maybe you can show us their Instagram profile, or use character graphic templates like these (1, 2 & 3).

Task #2: Home

I was inspired by Nicole’s post about Sal’s apartment, so I bring you our second task.

Does your character live in one of Turing Academy residences? Do they have a place of their own? Are they living with their family? Let us know in which part of the city your character lives, find pictures, describe that place they call they’ve been calling their home since arriving at the academy.

Task #1: Diary post

Here’s our first task, my lovelies!

Write a diary entry or a self para, make it as brief or as long as your heart desires. Let us get to know a little about your character, about their journey to become who they are now or how they got there, about what they dream about and the goals they want to reach, about what they’ve been up to lately. Just have fun in sharing a little about your amazing character with the rest of us!
