This album is amazing. It’s sort of Japanese Trip Hop. The tracks meld seamlessly and continuously for about an hour. It’s a floating reverie made of sound. 

I think of it as nocturnal, urban chill-out music perfect for wandering around in a dream-like state in the thin hours after midnight in a sprawling, ephemeral metropolis thousands of miles across the largest ocean. 

But it is highly suitable for any sprawling city on Planet Earth, after dark.  I would imagine.
