Dan and Susan Eubank’s home was reduced to charred rubble after the Cocos fire swept through their San Marcos-area neighborhood last May.
The Cocos fire was one of more than a dozen wildfires that roared through San Diego County in May 2014. The fires devoured nearly 27,000 acres and destroyed 63 homes.
A year after the fire destroyed the Eubank’s home they are in the process of rebuilding with the help of their neighbors.Â
