Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 175C 350F. Almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to form a dough. Add the chocolate chips and fold until they are evenly incorporated into the dough. Place dough in tablespoon-sized portions, spacing them apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Using the back of a spoon, slightly flatten each cookie. Bake for ten to twelve minutes, until the edges are browned. Take out of the oven and allow to cool for five minutes on the baking sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool down completely.
