“Yeah, Finn. Of course.”

    Poe would have done a lot for Finn and whether or not the young man knew how he had his finger wrapped around the pilot was yet to be known to him, but this request was simple. Hell, Poe even thought about asking to stay, but he didn’t know if he was crossing some kind of line.

            “Scoot over.”

     The pilot started to toe off his shoes so he could comfortably lay down on the bed with him.

            “You been sleeping well lately or…?”

      Finn was surprised, to say the least, that Poe had actually agreed to stay with him. Or rather, stay CLOSE to him. Finn was definitely not used to proximity and it made his chest feel... fluttery. He wondered why that adjective came to mind first. 

       After giving Poe some space on the already small bed, he stayed still, not wanting to look at the pilot. ❝ No I... I haven’t. I read that sleeping next to someone helped you sleep once. I thought - maybe - we could share the bed.  ❞
